You will have the coaches undivided attention, learn boxing drills and techniques used by real boxers; and develop your boxing skills and progressing at a steady pace.
You will be coached by one of our dedicated personal trainers, who will make it his mission to get you the best results possible, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain or getting ready for an event.
